The conventional and proven method of development for new software and Customization at the premises of the client. This method of development facilitates higher user interaction. 

In the On-Site Development scenario, Clients will have to set up development and production environment. 

Onsite Development could work out to be expensive, since the resources will be dedicated for the entire duration of the project and also On-site cost would be higher, since it also includes transportation and settling costs.

Offsite Development

VR PRO Solutions has evolved a customer-driven approach in providing the right application customized to the user's requirements.

The development takes place at VR PRO Solutions's development centers in US. Though user interaction can be limited, this is more economical than onsite option, since it facilitates need-based allocation of resources to the project (resource loading will vary based on the requirement of each stage of the project). Client need not setup development environment.

OffShore

VR PRO Solutions's Global Offshore Development Center will act as a perfect extension of Client's own facilities.

VR PRO Solutions's experience in offshore turnkey software development has helped it evolve and put in place a time tested and proven methodology. These methods translate directly into significant cost savings for the client due to the low costs of development in India without compromising quality. The low costs associated with development in India are directly passed on to our clients.

VR PRO Solutions's Projects are delivered by a global team with 35 to 40 percent of the team located onsite at the client location and the rest of the team is located at our offshore development centers in India. The onsite team interacts daily with the customer to gather requirements, review prototypes and manage scope changes. VR PRO Solutions Onsite Project Lead/Team lead co-ordinates with VR PRO Solutions Offshore development team. Onsite and offshore teams collaborate on common systems, linked by our global network. The offshore team ensures quality execution at a low cost, as well as access to our technology competency centers. Our proven model allows VR PRO Solutions team members to intensely participate with the client, all through the project life cycle.

 How does VR PRO Solutions manage Offshore Projects?

VR PRO Solutions's processes place significant emphasis on communication between customer, onsite team and offshore teams. This is ably aided by our world-class infrastructure and communication links that allow the best service possible to our Clients.

VR PRO Solutions considers every life cycle phase of the Projects involving Development, Support or Product Implementation as a crucial component for a successful implementation. The various phases of the life cycle are performed at Onsite and Offsite based on the Project demands and Client preference. This is only an indicative model, which may vary from Project to Project, and Client to Client.

Feasibility study, Proposals and Contract Sign-off will be done Onsite after a close interaction with the Client Representatives. After a formal Project kick-off, the application requirement study is done Onsite. Analysis and Application design may take place Onsite/VR PRO Solutions's Development centers in US or at the offshore center. Development and Testing is done at the Offshore Development Center. The application is implemented at the Client location after an acceptance testing. The post-implementation support will be given from Onsite and as well as Offshore center based on the criticality of the issues
